From the Founder:
As a teacher, mom, and homeschooling parent I founded Imagine Bookery in 2022 because I understand the struggles that children and caregivers face regarding education. In an effort to have more time at home with my family and continue to serve our youth, I combined my love for teaching, graphic design, and creative writing to produce an “outside of the box” approach to learning with creativity and imagination at the forefront.
I did not want to conform to the “norms” of a traditional curriculum, as most children do not perform at their fullest potential when they cannot create for themselves. Children need the freedom to learn without constraints and with the guidance and information necessary that allow them to explore ideas from within.
I can tell you from experience that if a child is not having fun when they are learning they are far less likely to retain the information and expand on what they’ve learned. Children are naturally gifted and if you allow them to they can share their gifts with you. Together we can cultivate a better way to teach our children and watch them grow!
